Your payment should be made payable to Conquest Property Management, Inc.  You may mail or make your payment at our office – 1917 S Beckham, Tyler, TX  75701.

Rent is due on the 1st of the month and considered late after midnight on the 3rd of the month.

There will be an initial $30.00 Late Fee and $10.00 per day until the rent is paid in full.  We have, for your convenience, a locked drop box in the front door for weekend and after hours.

We can take credit card/ debit card payments as well, in office or over the phone, for your added convenience!
