The Conquest Property Management, Inc. Tenant Advantage Program (TAP) is designed to provide convenience and valuable, professional services to our residents. By applying to lease with CPM, tenants agree to be auto-enrolled in the program and agree to pay an additional $25.00 each month, payable with rent. This program includes benefits such as Filter Delivery, Online Tenant Portal, Waived Late Fee, Utility Concierge, Inspection Reschedule and more! Participation in this program may vary due to the property specifications. The cost of the program is all-inclusive.

The Conquest Tenant Advantage Program (TAP) provides savings and convenience with the following professional services for all CPM tenants:

  • Utility Concierge

    A professional concierge service will assist in connecting the utilities for your new home.

  • Online portal

    Access your account, tenant ledger and lease documents, submit and view maintenance requests through your online portal and mobile app.

  • Multiple payment options

    Easy online payments via ACH, credit/debit card, cash payments at available locations nationwide and in person at our office by check or money order.

  • Waived Leasing Administration Fees

    We will complete your lease and lease renewal documents at no additional charge.

  • Waived Late Fee

    Things happen; we’ll forgive one (1) late fee (paid by the 8th of the month), per lease term, for eligible residents.*

  • Filter Delivery

    Quality HVAC filters conveniently delivered every month to help save on your energy bills and reduce any HVAC maintenance inconveniences (for applicable properties).

  • Inspection Reschedule

    We understand sometimes an inspection comes at an inconvenient time. We will reschedule your inspection to a more convenient time.*

  • New House Key

    Lost your key? We will provide you with one (1) free replacement.*

  • Lease Copy

    Upon request, tenants may receive one (1) printed copy of their lease at no charge.*
