Pet allowances may vary, dependent upon each individual property. Each approved pet is required to have a Pet Profile created and shared at CPM.PetScreening.com. The following are standard Pet Deposits by pet category, and may vary by resulting ‘Paw Score’. Tenants may be required to pay an additional Pet Deposit, carry additional Liability Insurance, and/or pay Pet Rent per month. Unless otherwise stated in the lease, Pet Deposits are refundable, provided no damage has been incurred and all lease requirements have been met.

• Dogs (non-aggressive breeds*): $300.00 Pet Deposit, minimum
• Cats: $300.00 Pet Deposit
• Rabbits: $300.00 Pet Deposit
• Rodents: $100.00 Pet Deposit (including, but not limited to, Hamster, Guinea Pig, Sugar Glider, Chinchilla, Mice, Rats, etc.)
• Amphibians: -$100.00 Pet Deposit (including, but not limited to, Turtles and Frogs)
• Fish tanks (under 30 gallons): $100.00 Pet Deposit
  • Fish tanks over 30 gallons are not permitted.
• Small Birds: $100.00 Pet Deposit (including, but not limited to, Cockatiels, Parakeets, Canaries, Finches, Green-Cheeked Conures)
• Large Birds: $300.00 Pet Deposit (including, but not limited to, Parrot, Cockatoo, Amazons, Macaws)
• Snakes (under 3 feet): $100.00 Pet Deposit
• Lizards: $100.00 Pet Deposit (including, but not limited to, Bearded Dragons)
• Ferrets and Minks are not permitted.

*Aggressive dog breeds include, but are not limited to: Pit Bull, Cane Corso, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd Dog, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Siberian Husky, Wolf-hybrids, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Bull Mastiff, and Dogo Argentino.
